Jim Dobinski is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Stellar Blue.  Prior to obtaining his Bachelor of Science degree in computer information science, Jim worked in the area of corporate management and marketing for several Fortune 500 companies for over 10 years. Jim possesses implementation qualifications which enable him to take a proactive approach to cross-platform strategies through utilization of HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design, Java, PHP and other advanced technologies.  He has also worked in the corporate world as a manager, computer programmer, technical designer, support specialist, and product strategist.

As the Managing Director of Stellar Blue, Jim has been able to combine his passion for technology with his corporate management experience by creating a virtual digital marketing firm composed of multiple innovative divisions. Jim has taken the best of what he learned in corporate America and combined this experience with his unique interpersonal skills to cultivate a business climate which recognizes and encourages the creative process amongst each talented member of the diverse Stellar Blue team. Jim recognizes that the virtual world is ever changing. He believes that Stellar Blue has an obligation to its clients not only to educate, but to additionally be able to communicate technological advancements with clients in a down to earth manner which is easily understandable; enabling clients to highlight and showcase their individual businesses while additionally meeting their specific business marketing needs through the use of technology.

Jim maintains a philosophy that community involvement and giving back is essential.  To that end, he has served on a variety of business and educational boards including Amplify, IT Alliance, New North and Future Neenah. Stellar Blue also sponsors the Mile of Music, New North Summit, Amplify Oshkosh, Collaborate IT Event, along with many community driven events. The firm additionally supports COTS, Riverview Gardens, Burundi Education Fund, and many other local, national, and internationally organizations. Jim has had the privilege of working with UW Oshkosh, Fox Valley Technical College, and UW Green Bay for a number of years, both as a guest speaker and as a mentor for graduating students engaged in complex digital marketing development strategies. On a personal level Jim enjoys golfing, biking, fishing, the outdoors…and computers.

Dustin White’s charismatic personality mixed with talented programming skills lends him to be a rare find that helps boost Stellar Blue’s customer service and custom development solutions. He has the ability and skill-set to take an idea and conceptualize it and then build it with the client’s needs in mind.

Attaining three degrees in computer programming: computer science (Lakeland University), PC programming (FVTC) and website development (FVTC), Dustin has extensive background in many programming languages including HTML5, CSS3, Mobile Development, Cross Platform Development, Responsive Design, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, .NET, XML, XSLT and SQL. Dustin’s computer programming allows him to help clients in the areas of database administration, hosting support, website development, custom web applications, and mobile web apps.

Dustin serves on the Northeastern Wisconsin Association of IT Professionals board of directors where he shares his programming expertise at various events.

In his spare time, Dustin enjoys golfing, bowling, basketball and camping. Feel free to ask him about his travels too – he’s journeyed to over 10 countries including Chile and vast parts of Europe.

My name is Brett Hildebrandt and I am a Project Strategist here at Stellar. Helping others grow personally and professionally has always been a passion of mine and is something that drives me to continually grow and learn more myself. I am always looking for new information that can help myself and others grow and I enjoy presenting that information, which is why sales has been a natural fit for me in my professional career.

I did take a non-traditional route before finishing college. I joined the Army National Guard and served for 6 years. During that time I held two different jobs, one as a medic and another as a chaplain assistant. I also did one tour overseas in Iraq. I now hold a BBA in Interactive Web Management from the UW Oshkosh, which has given me a solid foundation in the fundamentals of Internet Marketing. A huge reason why I decided to join Stellar Blue is because of the core values that I saw being lived out in the actions of the leadership and team members along with the exceptional quality of work that was being done for their clients. The Stellar Blue team interacts with their clients with honesty, integrity and doing what is best for the client.

My name is Jessica Michels and I’m thrilled to be a part the Stellar Blue crew. I hold a Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts with a concentration in Graphic Design from the University of Wisconsin – Stout.
During college I was fortunate to hold an internship position in web development. The experience and knowledge gained through my internship paired with the design and layout skills acquired in my schooling made me a well rounded designer and developer. My first job out of college continued to mold my development skills and I developed a true passion for all things web.

My position here at Stellar Blue was to be a web developer and graphic designer. As we began to mold and recreate our project management process, it felt like a natural fit for me to take on that role. Today I am the lead project manager – and having fun!

Away from the office I’m a wife, foodie, traveler, cook (or at least try to be), runner, yogi and dog lover.

Just a little jQuery humor for you!

I’m Tim and I graduated from University of Wisconsin-Platteville with a Bachelors Degree in computer science and with a minor in business administration. I always have had a passion to learn and continue educating myself about web and server management. My latest interest is learning to optimize all of our servers that run all of our websites we host. I have experience in a vast array of technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, PHP, Java, Objective-C, C++, MySQL, and many more.

My main responsibilities for Stellar Blue is managing support department, maintaining our servers and launching our newly created websites. With my passion of learning, I am constantly researching new technologies and platforms to benefit and grow the company.

In my personal life, I enjoy spending time with my wife and my dogs, Bowser and Heisenberg. I have been an active member of FIRST Robotics for 9+ years and enjoy anything involving robots. I spend any additional time with my family or programming for fun. Also, I am often at music concerts while away from the office.

Over the past two decades I have been developing web sites ­– first as a hobbyist, then as a student of UW Oshkosh, and formerly a freelance developer – alongside my career in music.

Very soon after starting a career in music, I committed myself to earning a college degree so that I could always do something I enjoy. In 2010 I graduated with high honors from UW Oshkosh with a BS in Computer Science and French, earning various departmental awards along the way. The logical choice for me at this point in time was to pursue a position in web development because I have deep-rooted interest going back twenty years, and it was about time to do something with that degree! It is easy to notice the Stellar Blue logo on the biggest and best web sites being produced in the Fox Valley. This is because Stellar Blue Technologies has assembled a team of forward-looking, client-focused individuals committed to continuous improvement, smart process management, efficiency, and stability. I’ll say it again. I am proud to be a part of this talented team at Stellar Blue.
