They were very accessible and prompt with answering all of our questions; including us in the process; asking our input on certain matters, etc. It was a wonderful process overall, and that is largely in part due to their knowledge of the industry, however, also their personality and character as individuals. For someone who has never built a house, they laid everything out and explained what was happening along the way. As for our personal story, we purchased a spec home. We were drawn to the layout of the home, and wrote up an offer to purchase before the drywall was even plastered! That is how much faith we had in them. After seeing the other houses that they had built and designed, we had no worries about how our house would be finished. They definitely have an eye for the design side - picking out fixtures and finishes – very on trend, but not overly trendy. Timeless. Beautiful. Classic and clean. It is everything that we could have ever wanted. You will not be disappointed when you choose to work with Bryan and Tammy. They are very dedicated to their clients, and they will do what is needed to build an above-quality house that you will be proud to call home. We are loving our new home and all the compliments we are receiving. We don’t plan on moving any time soon, but when that day comes, we will definitely get Riverwood Homes on board!”
